Our pontoon boats accommodate up to 12 passengers = no more than 2000lbs, with plenty of room to stretch out and bring the whole gang, including pets. That includes children of all ages including infants count as a person.

Florida State Regulations:

Anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 who operates a vessel powered by 10 horsepower or more must pass an approved boater safety course and have in his/her possession photographic identification and a boating safety education identification card issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. If you would like to receive the card, you can take the test at our Marina or Online.
