After reading the reviews I definitely requested Jennifer. Our group was 9 people so we had to split up because each boat can only carry 6 passengers. The boat can fit more people but they are strict on the only 6 per boat policy. I put myself and all the teens on Jennifer's boat, and the adults went with the other tour guide Erik. Both were spectacular! Jennifer was fun, lively, funny and made the trip so much funner. She asked us what kind of music we wanted and as we kept driving she figured out what kind of music got the kids hyped! The boat has built in speakers so it made the trip even funner since they began to dance. Jennifer even joined in on the dancing at one point (I tried to upload the video but it will only let me do pics). We didn't see that many dolphins but she followed the ones that were out so we could get the dolphin experience. She also let us pose behind the wheel for our pictures lol.
My husband was on Erik's boat and loved it! He said he was very nice and had a lot of patience finding the dolphins for them to see. My hubby said he felt like he had known him all his life. It was great service! For the most part he stayed close to our other boat so we can still talk and see each other. They then took us to Shell Island where we found alot of sand dollars. It wasn't deep at all and we all found some.
They both accept tips thru CashApp, Venmo or cash and they were "well deserved". 15-20% is suggested but we gave them more! I loved this activity! We would definitely do it again!
